About Casey
The osteopath behind your care
Casey treats across all ages and genuinely means it: pregnancies, babies, children, teens, and adults are all part of her week. She takes a whole-person approach and believes every concern is worth discussing, so an appointment with Casey is as much a conversation as it is treatment. She will often talk about more than just the area that hurts, because the factors behind your symptoms are rarely limited to the sore spot. Alongside general aches, her common presentations include neck pain, headaches and migraines, jaw and TMJ dysfunction, back pain, posture from sedentary work, and children's sporting injuries.
Casey is hypermobile herself, which shapes how she works with the many hypermobile patients and gymnasts she sees, and she has a real focus on paediatrics and women's health, from settling babies to supporting mothers. Lately she has been helping a lot of children with sleep and settling difficulties, and she brings paediatric training and cranial technique to that gentler end of her work. Her training also includes cupping, sports taping, and Clinical Pilates, so she can pair hands-on treatment with movement and strength strategies you can carry into everyday life.
