Fees and payment

Transparent pricing, no surprises

Clear pricing for both clinics. With ACC, you pay a surcharge instead of the full private fee, and we lodge the claim at your first visit. The price you see is the total you pay.

ACC reduces feesInsurance-friendlyCard, EFTPOS, cash

Two prices, depending on ACC

Most musculoskeletal injuries are covered by ACC, so most patients pay the lower surcharge. If your case is not ACC-eligible, the private fee applies.

ACC pricing

First appointment
$95
Follow-up
$90

Newborns and infants under 2: the same surcharge. We lodge your ACC claim at the first visit, so there is no paperwork for you.

How ACC pricing works

Private pricing

First appointment
$120
Follow-up
$120

Private pricing applies when your case is not ACC-eligible, for example long-standing wear and tear without a triggering injury.

Every price is confirmed in the booking system before you pay. Not sure which applies to you? Call reception on 0800 67 77 00.

What every appointment includes

Every visit is the same length and the same standard of care, around 30 minutes, whether you pay the ACC surcharge or the private fee.

  • A thorough clinical assessment We work out what is actually driving your symptoms, not just where it hurts.
  • Hands-on treatment where appropriate The treatment itself, tailored to you on the day.
  • A clear home plan Simple things to do between visits, so progress holds.

What you will not be charged for

The quoted price is the total per-visit cost. What you see is what you pay.

  • ACC paperwork and claim lodging
  • Exercise prescriptions and home plans
  • Follow-up advice between visits

No upfront payment, no after-the-fact invoicing, and no payment plans needed for standard appointments.

How ACC makes it cheaper

ACC pays a fixed amount per visit to the clinic; the surcharge is the difference. Here is how it works in practice.

  1. 01

    Most injuries are eligible

Most musculoskeletal injuries with a clear cause are covered by ACC, whether they happened at work, playing sport, or around the house.

  2. 02

We lodge the claim at your first visit

No GP referral, no forms for you to chase. Your osteopath files the ACC claim during your appointment as part of your care.

  3. 03

    You pay only the surcharge

ACC pays the clinic a fixed amount per visit. The surcharge is the difference, so you pay $95 for a first visit and $90 to follow up.

For the full picture, including treatment reviews, what happens if a claim is declined, transferring providers, and the Accredited Employer pathway, see the ACC page and the complete guide.

"Such an awesome clinic. Fixed me every time and helps me to feel stronger and healthier as a result. Couldn’t recommend more. They are worth their weight in gold."

The fee and payment questions we hear most

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront if my injury is covered by ACC?

No. With ACC, you pay only the surcharge at the time of your visit. ACC pays the clinic separately. We handle all the paperwork.

What forms of payment do you accept?

EFTPOS, credit card, and cash. Payment is taken at the end of each appointment.

Does my private health insurance cover Osteopathy?

Many policies do, particularly Southern Cross and nib. We can give you a receipt to claim with your insurer. We don't bill insurers directly.

Are there packages or bulk-visit discounts?

For most Osteopathy services, no. We charge per visit, and the price you see is the total per-visit cost.

What if I can't afford the surcharge?

Talk to us. We'd rather have a conversation about it than have you avoid treatment. Some hardship arrangements are available.
