ACC pricing
- First appointment
- $95
- Follow-up
- $90
Newborns and infants under 2: the same surcharge. We lodge your ACC claim at the first visit, so there is no paperwork for you.
How ACC pricing worksClear pricing for both clinics. With ACC, you pay a surcharge instead of the full private fee, and we lodge the claim at your first visit. The price you see is the total you pay.
What it costs
Most musculoskeletal injuries are covered by ACC, so most patients pay the lower surcharge. If your case is not ACC-eligible, the private fee applies.

How ACC pricing worksNo ACC, or condition not eligible
Private pricing applies when your case is not ACC-eligible, for example long-standing wear and tear without a triggering injury.

What's included
Every visit is the same length and the same standard of care, around 30 minutes, whether you pay the ACC surcharge or the private fee.
No surprise charges
The quoted price is the total per-visit cost. What you see is what you pay.
No upfront payment, no after-the-fact invoicing, and no payment plans needed for standard appointments.
ACC
ACC pays a fixed amount per visit to the clinic; the surcharge is the difference. Here is how it works in practice.
01
Most musculoskeletal injuries with a clear cause are covered by ACC, whether they happened at work, playing sport, or around the house.
02
No GP referral, no forms for you to chase. Your osteopath files the ACC claim during your appointment as part of your care.
03
ACC pays the clinic a fixed amount per visit. The surcharge is the difference, so you pay $95 for a first visit and $90 to follow up.
For the full picture, including treatment reviews, what happens if a claim is declined, transferring providers, and the Accredited Employer pathway, see the ACC page and the complete guide.
Paying for your visit
EFTPOS, credit card, and cash, accepted at both clinics. Payment is taken at the end of each appointment.
Many policies cover Osteopathy, particularly Southern Cross and nib. We provide receipts to claim from your insurer; we do not bill insurers directly.
Hardship arrangements are available case by case. Talk to us. We would rather have the conversation than see you avoid treatment.
"Such an awesome clinic. Fixed me every time and helps me to feel stronger and healthier as a result. Couldn’t recommend more. They are worth their weight in gold."
