About Jordan
The osteopath behind your care
Jordan treats right across the board. Ask him what he most enjoys and he will tell you he does not have a strong preference: he sees himself as a genuine generalist, comfortable with everything from athletes carrying sports injuries through to babies. His day might move from sciatica, back pain, neck pain, and headaches to office workers, tradies, seniors, pregnancy, and children, and he treats all of them with the same care.
A keen gym-goer himself, Jordan knows what it takes to get people back to training, and he tailors each plan to the person in front of him. He also has a soft spot for treating babies and children: coming from a large family, he has always been surrounded by little ones, and he offers them gentle, considered care while keeping their comfort front of mind.
His clinical reasoning starts with the cause, not just the sore spot. Jordan looks for the weaknesses and compensatory patterns sitting behind an injury, so he can treat what is actually driving it and reduce the chance of it returning. Treatment is patient-specific and might draw on soft-tissue work, manipulation, muscle activation, cupping, and gentler techniques when they are the right fit. He is also increasingly interested in balance and stability work as a way to prevent injuries, particularly for middle-aged and older patients, for whom a fall or a stumble can be slow to recover from.

What to expect
Your first visit with Jordan
- Listen first. Jordan takes the time to hear your story and gather a detailed case history before anything else.
- Wider than the sore spot. He assesses what is actually contributing, including the weaknesses and compensations behind the injury.
- Explained plainly. He talks you through what he has found and where things go from here, so you leave clear on the plan.
- Hands-on and tailored. Treatment matched to you, drawing on soft-tissue work, manipulation, muscle activation, cupping, or gentler techniques as needed.
